Joseph Mileto

Joseph Mileto possesses nearly 25 years’ experience in the real estate, property management and construction industries. Joseph has experience with build outs of fitness centers, office space, retail stores, mom and pop businesses and national restaurants.
His experience managing over 171 multifamily units and 3 million square feet of commercial shopping centers provides him decades of knowledge to draw upon when representing property owners and
commercial tenants. Joseph’s best skill set is the ability to coordinate multiple vendors and projects, limiting additional cost and adding value to real estate.
Joseph served as an owner’s representative on the largest condominium renovation in United States history. Joseph currently owns and operates AJM Property Consulting, managing properties and projects from Boston to D.C. Joseph specializes in difficult NYC metro projects and provides his clients detailed reports and results.
Joseph spent a decade on multiple condominium boards as a sponsor representative. Currently Joseph serves as the President of a Westchester County HOA and president of an affordable housing board. He is also a member of the Westchester County School Board. Joseph is proud to be the Vice President of not for profit NO MORE SILENCE. He is a member of The Mamaroneck Chamber of Commerce
since 2022. Joseph lives in the Larchmont, Mamaroneck area with his wife and two children and enjoys serving his community.
